Infoskill operates as a "Virtual Corporation", which means that we maintain streamlined project teams, instead of full-time employees, provide the expertise necessary to create specific solutions for its clients. Infoskill’s structure consists of three layers: partners, senior consultants, and sales team. Senior Partners make up the center circle of the three layers; the partners make strategic decisions about the organization, projects, and hiring process. In addition, they manage projects from concept to completion. They share profits and expenses. Senior consultants function at the same capacity as partners, but can not bind Infoskill legally. They also share profits and contribute to common expenses. Out-partners form the outer circle of Infoskill’s structure and represent the company in various capacities. They are always accompanied by a director or managing partner on a project to ensure that the quality of our service is consistent. Out-partners are groomed to move up to the Senior consultant level as they gain experience and recognition.
