We are looking for experienced sales consultants with a demonstrated and verifiable track record in solution selling. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong business partnerships, evaluating key clients and developing growth potential of targeted services. The candidate will also have an opportunity to progress to a senior management role with a possibility of junior partnership provided that exceptional performance is demonstrated. Our desired qualifications for sales associates can be summarized as follows: Senior level management experience with a thorough understanding of “solution selling” methodology An excellent understanding of multi-directional and highly tailored personalized marketing strategies Experience in outsourcing and application service management Proven record of analyzing customer needs, conceptualizing a solution and determining the most appropriate   technologies for a client Experience in building strong teams that work in harmony over a long period of time Experience in managing multiple projects and multiple priority-one deliverables Excellent computer skills with a conceptual understanding of internet technologies   Infoskill has very aggressive commission structures with no ceiling in our commission plan; it is not unexpected to make more money than our principals due to our commission structure within our organization. On a different note, we will guarantee you pay for the first three months and you will be switched to full commission afterwards. Please note that we will provide full benefits after 90 days.
